Assange Arrest: An Attempt to Jail the First Amendment

Make no mistake about it:  The recent arrest of Julian Assange is no less than an attempt to strike down the Constitutional amendment which has been a key element in keeping this nation free for the first two hundred and fifty years of its existence.  On-Target’s Larry Sparano says if you prevent journalists from publishing information which the government wants to keep hidden from you –you will then ensure a slow but steady march away from democracy and toward totalitarianism.  Larry spells cites the reasons for his alarm in this conversation with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:
