Should Networks or Candidates Direct Debates?

Viewers of the recent series of Democratic Presidential Debates, carried by CNN, might have gotten the wrong impression of where the candidates actually stand on the issues.  And that’s because the tone, structure and substance or those debates are dictated by the networks and their reporters.  Is there a better way?  That’s what On-Target’s Larry Sparano discusses with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:
