Using “Anti-Semitism” to Crush Dissent

There is a movement afoot to shut down any sort of criticism of the current Israeli government and it’s hard-line policies on Palestinians by calling it “Anti-Semitism.”  And the U.S. Congress is going along with it.  It’s called BDS (Boycott Divestment Sanctions) and it would empower the Federal government to criminalize the actions of  any company, organization and even individual citizens who speak out critically of the Israeli government –equating such criticism with “Anti-Semitism,” and hate speech.   On-Target’s Larry Sparano says it’s an outrage, clearly against every citizen’s right to free speech, as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. And he warns, if this gets passed, where will it end?  Here’s his conversation with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:

United States)  that could force the government to produce a plan that would require the nation to ween itself off fossil fuels by the middle of this century.  So far, it has withstood government efforts to dismiss it.  Now it’s heading to the U.S. Supreme Court.  If the 21 children and young adults who brought the suit win, it would cause a major upheaval in what fuels the U.S. economy.  Here’s On-Target’s Larry Sparano in discussion with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio, New York:  (our apologies for the poor audio quality of what you are about to hear)
