Supreme Court: Trump Not Supreme!

The Supreme Court has essentially upheld prosecutors’ rights to subpoena and criminally investigate anyone, including the President of the United States -even while the Chief Executive is still in office. And, to a lesser extent, Congress may also be able to serve subpoenas to a president if prepared properly. But, some are already claiming that the Court’s ruling also means that a sitting president can be indicted.
