Syria: The Grand Design That We Don’t Know About.

While Trump continues to take on fire about his decision to pull American troops from Syria, more facts are beginning to emerge that –in the grand scheme of things–Trump might be right about getting the U.S out of there. In her radio show, commentator Kim Iversen makes the point that Turkey, Russia and Iran have been meeting for months, to agree on a plan to finally stabilize the region which would benefit all sides –even the Kurds. And part of that plan, apparently endorsed by Syria, would require American troops to get out of the way.  On-Target’s Larry Sparano talks about all that, in this segment with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:

Is it Trump or His Critics Who Are in Meltdown?

House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi is again talking about Trump’s mental stability, following the latest dust-up during a meeting of House Democrats and the President in the White House.  At the same time, George W. Bush is adding his comments about how the U.S. must continue to intervene in foreign countries in order insure global stability.  And usualTrump backer Sen. Lindsey Graham continues to heap criticism on the Commander-in Chief for his precipitous pull-out of American troops in Syria.  So, considering the support of both Bush and Graham for past disastrous wars in the mid-east, who’s nuttier?  On Target’s Larry Sparano has some perspective in this exchange with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:

Is Trump Right About Kurds?

Immense criticism continues of Trump’s move to allow Turkey to invade Syria at the expense of ISIS-fighting Kurds,.  But a few commentators are wondering if, in the big picture, Trump made the right move. Among those commentators is On-Target’s Larry Sparano, and  Talk Radio personality Kim Iversen.  Iversen points out that the Kurds are a threat to Turkey, which is a U.S. and NATO ally.  Yet, the Kurds are helping the U.S. keep ISIS in check. So, who’s right ?  Is it Trump, or his bipartisan critics?   Larry discusses the complex issue with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:

Is Trump Cracking Up? Syrian Pullout Raises Questions

President Trump’s sudden decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria is being condemned by both Democrats and Republicans alike. Of concern is whether the withdrawal leaves U.S.-allied Kurdish forces vulnerable to Turkish retaliation. Is this craziness on the part of Trump, or part of a wise and legitimate strategy to disengage the U.S. from foreign wars?  On-Target’s Larry Sparano lays out his concerns in this segment with Kent Garrett of WIOX Radio New York:
