Obama Blasts Trump: In Off-Key Attack?

While delivering the eulogy for Congressman and Civil Rights Legend John Lewis, President Obama launched an obvious attack on President Trump, even though he did not invoke his name. Obama talked about all the challenges to the progress made by civil rights activists over the years, blaming much of it on events that have unfolded under the Trump Administration. But Larry Sparano says Obama hit some sour notes during his speech. Larry follows a report by highly-partisan commentator Brian Tyler Cohen. Trump Losing Scranton? Street Signs say No!

The Hill’s “Rising” news and opinion show is featuring a report that indicates that Trump is losing the white working class which helped him win in 2016. The report targets Scranton, Pa, and concludes that many of the white working class are so upset with Covid, that they are drifting away from Trump because they blame him for its spread. But Larry Sparano, who lives right outside Scranton, says there’s another very visible measure -ignored in the report- that indicates Trump is not losing support there.
